The Prophet, peace be upon him, taught short supplications for waking, eating, travelling, entering the home and dozens of other daily moments. Knowing them turns ordinary routine into remembrance of Allah.
Each lesson introduces one or two duas. The tutor recites, explains the meaning in simple words, and the student repeats until the pronunciation is right. Earlier duas are revised every lesson so they are not forgotten.
