Please read these terms before enrolling. By booking a trial or paying for a plan you agree to them.
New students receive a free trial period. No payment details are required. After the trial you may choose a plan or stop with no charge.
Lessons are one-to-one and delivered live over Zoom or Skype. Please join on time; a lesson is counted as taken if the student does not join within fifteen minutes of the start.
Tell us at least a few hours before the lesson if you cannot attend and we will reschedule it. Lessons missed without notice may not be made up. If the tutor cancels, the lesson is always rescheduled.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within ten days of issue. If an invoice remains unpaid after that period lessons are paused until it is settled.
Sibling and advance-payment discounts apply only while the account is paid on time.
You may pause or stop lessons by giving us two weeks' notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, but unused lessons can be taken later if you return within three months.
The academy closes for a few days around Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Dates are announced in advance and no lessons are charged for those days.
We expect respect between students, parents and tutors. We may end an enrolment where this is not possible.
