This page explains what information Teach Quran Online collects, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
When you fill in a form or create an account we store the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, country and the course you are interested in. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
We use your details only to arrange and run your lessons, to send invoices and progress reports, and to reply to your questions. We may occasionally email you about new courses; every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Accounts are created by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under thirteen.
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the tutor assigned to you and with service providers we need to run the academy, such as our hosting and video-call platforms.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with the date it took effect.
